CIVIL ACTION - LAW
NO. 12-0293 CIVIL TERM
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2012, following a
bench trial, we enter judgment in favor of plaintiff on Count I
Ejectment and grant plaintiff possession of the property located
at 1473 Pine Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17015. With respect
to Count II Unjust Detention, we find that the plaintiff is
entitled to damages and award the amount of $1,000.00 for the
time period that defendant has been in possession of the
property. The parties have 30 days to appeal this order.
