the Estate of Rudy E. Reese, deceased, on behalf of the beneficiaries Cindy L.
Thompson, Steven L. Reese, James P. Reese, and John D. Reese, and it appearing that
the. beneficiaries of decedents estate wish to disclaim their interests in the property as
described in the Petition, it is ordered and decreed that Russell E. Reese, as
Administrator, is permitted to file the Disclaimer of Interest Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §
6202, in the form attached to the Petition.
