AND NOW, this 31st day of January, 2005, upon
consideration of Petitioner's Petition for Change of Name of
Adult, and following a hearing at which the Petitioner presented
testimony in support of his petition, as well as exhibits in the
form of proofs of publication and a certificate respecting
judgments in the Cumberland County Prothonotary's office, the
record shall remain open for the purpose of permitting the
Petitioner to supplement the record with a certificate of lien
search from the Recorder of Deeds office in Cumberland County.
