alleged Incapacitated Person, by serving her personally wfth the Citation and Notice and this
Order of Court and a copy of the Petition, together with an explanation of the contents and
terms of the Petition; and at least twenty days written Notice of the Petition and Hearing shall
also be given to Ann B. Stum's next-of--kin, Deborah Dunn and Derek Stum. Service to the
next-of-kin to be effectuated either personally or by regular mail with a Certificate of Mailing and
by certified mail.
