I, CATHRYNE L. EPPLEMAN, of Dickinson Townshi~~beanc~:
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and c~c~are ~ iss'S
to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all
former Wills or Codicils by me made.
1.
I direct my personal representative hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as
soon as convenient after my death.
2.
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real
and personal property, unto my husband, CHARLES L. EPPLEMAN,
absolutely, and I hereby appoint my said husband as Executor
of my estate.
3.
In the event my said husband shall predecease or fail to
survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
both real and personal property, in equal shares, unto my
children, PATRICIA ANN WRIGHT, CAROLYN JEAN DURF and ALLEN LEE
EPPLEMAN, absolutely. I further appoint my said children as
Executors of my estate under the provisions of this third
paragraph of my Last Will and Testament acid direct that none
of my said Executors shall be required to file any bond to
secure the faithful performance of their ciuties.
