NOTICE TO BENEFICIARIES
You are hereby notified that Donald R. Howe and Penny Archer, co-trustees of the above-named trust,
have filed, with the Clerk of the Orphans Court of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, the attached Petition for Adjudication and Account, providing information regarding their services
as co-trustees of the trust and all actions taken in that capacity.
You are further notified that the Account is scheduled for confirmation by the said Court on Tuesday, 6
March 2012, in the Cumberland County Court House in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, commencing at 9:00 a.m. At the
same time, the Court will act on the Petition for Adjudication. If you wish to file any objections to the Account or
oppose the grant of the Petition for Adjudication, you must do so by filing written objections to the Account and
the Petition for Adjudication with the Court by 9:00 a.m. that morning and serve a copy of those objections, by
that time, upon the undersigned as the attorney for the co-trustees.
