Whereas, Paul C. Spahr and Jacqueline M. Spahr, his wife, of South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Michael
A. Esh, t/dgo/a Esh's Construction, of Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
triplex home upon a lot of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being Lot No.~, Plan for Michael A. Esh, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 84, Page 66, being
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and containing-0-.qg~
numbered as 66 Greenfield Drive, acres.

Now, January 23, 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with them
and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
