I, Geraldine H. Handshew, of the Township of Silver Springs, County of Cum~t'1~dnd anc~'

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, herewith publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any
and all Wills and Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as
may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath $500.00 to Saint Stephens Evangelical Lutheran
Church of New Kingston to use in whatever manner they desire.
ITEM III. I give, devise and bequeath my Diamond ring to Emma Irelee Goulet.
ITEM IV. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to convert the remainder of my
estate into cash at either public or private sale, whenever in their discretion it may be most expedient
fcr the proper administration of my estate. In the event of such conversion, I authorize my said
Executors to execute a good and sufficient Warranty Deed to the purchaser of any real estate of which I
may die seized, in the same manner and capacity as I could if living.
ITEM V. I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes be paid on thE; proceeds of the above
conversion and on all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate prior to further distribution.
ITEM VI. I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatever kind and wherever situate including the proceeds of the above-mention conversion in equal
shares to my grandchildren, Kevin Goulet, Phil Goulet, Lee Allen Gettys, Geraldine Gettys, and
Brett Wyland, if they be living at the time of my death. However, if any o:f my grandchildren have not

requeath her/his share to Wendy Goulet, G George Gettys, Jr. and Sandra K. Wyland, or the
survivor of them, to be held, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS for the following purposes and under the
fullo~~-ing terms and conditions:
a) I hereby empower the Trustee to accept the proceeds of my estate in kind if he/she

considers if advisable and whether or not they be the assets approved by the applicable laws for the
investment of trust funds.
b) I further empower the said Trustee to sell pledge, mortgage, encumber or otherwise
deal in or dispose of the said assets at such times and under such terms and conditions as he/she shall
consider advisable and in the best interests of the trust.
c) I direct the said Trustee to invest and re-invest the proceeds of such conversion in the
best interest of the trust without restriction to investments approved by the applicable laws for the
investment of trust funds.
d) As each of my grandchildren reach the age of twenty-five (25) years, they shall
receive one-half (''/2) of their principal share of the estate and at the time they reach the age of thirty
(30) years they shall receive the remaining balance and accumulated interest.
e) If any of my grandchildren die before age of thirty (30) years, their share or shares
should be divided equally among the survivors.
f) I direct that my said Trustee shall not be required to post bond other than his/her
personal assurance for his/her duties as Trustee.
g) I direct that the said Trustee may claim reimbursement for expenses incurred in the
administration of the trust and be entitled to claim compensation for service:> rendered at the same rate
as those allowed a corporate Trustee.
ITEM VII. I nominate, constitute and appoint Wendy Goulet, C. George Gettys, Jr. and
Sandra K. Wyland, or the survivor of them, as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct
that my Executors shall not be required to post bond other than their personal assurance for their duties
as Executors.
