Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.c., hereby files its
claim for water assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Dale J.
Leppard and Susan M. Leppard with an address at the following:
1113 Trindle Road
Carlisle, P A 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

Executor of the estate of Frances E. Leppard, late of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with
statement of proposed distribution thereon, having been
confirmed by the Court on August 25, 1998, and distribution
ordered:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED, that in accordance
with the said final account and statement of proposed
distribution as confirmed by the Court, the distribution of
the following real estate is hereby confirmed and the same
is awarded to Dale J. Leppard and Susan M. Leppard, husband
and wife, their heirs and assigns,
ALL that certain tract of
Middlesex Township and partly in
cumberland County, pennsylvania,
follows:

DEGINNING at a point 40 feet from the center line of PA

thence continuing 165.06 feet to a point of land now or
formerly of the U. S. Army War College; thence porth 65
degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds east 93.59 feet to an existing
iron pin set; thence continuing 122.68 feet to an iron pin
set and Lot 46 now or formerly of oyler Enterprises; thence
along said land south 10 degrees 53 minutes 07 seconds west
205.18 feet to an iron pin set at corner of land now or
formerly Melvin i.. Geiling, Sr.; thence north 80 degrees 46
minutes 24 seconds west' 100.04 feet to an iron pin set;
thence continuing along land of the said Gelling south 10
degreeS 53 minutes 07 seconds west 246.68 feet to a point;
thence north 77 degrees 58 minutes 46 seconds west to place
of beginning.

recorded in Plan Book
Lahr dated October 11,
is according to a subdivision plan
49, page 22 and a survey by Statler &
1985.
BEING part of those certain tracts conveyed by Edward
S. Leppa rd to Edwa rd S. Leppard and Frances E. Leppard,
husband and wife by deed dated February 25, 1964 and
recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book
"C", Vol. 21, page 872. The said Edward S. Leppard died
October 20, 1979, thus vesting sole title in Frances E.
Leppard.
SUBJECT to an
Middlesex Municipal
adjacent to property
easement and right-of-way of the
Authority for water lines on land
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
BEING improved with a residence and outbuildings and
being known as 1113 Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
