Leppa rd to Edwa rd S. Leppard and Frances E. Leppard, husband and wife by deed dated February 25, 1964 and recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book "C", Vol. 21, page 872. The said Edward S. Leppard died October 20, 1979, thus vesting sole title in Frances E. Leppard. SUBJECT to an Middlesex Municipal adjacent to property easement and right-of-way of the Authority for water lines on land of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
