Dear Register: ~
The First and Final Account of the above captioned estate has been filed for confirmation on
March 6, 2012.
The Executrix completed her administration and verified the First and Final Account on January
28, 2012. The Executrix departed this life on January 30, 2012.
Pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3324, Death or Incapacity of Fiduciary, provides in the Jt. St. Govt.
Comm. Comment, as follows:
"When administration is complete, the account can show the retention of
the assets and transfer can be made to the parties in interest entitled to
distribution without the appointment of a succeeding personal
representative. "
The First and Final Account submitted to the Court is complete, in all respects. There is a
proposed Statement of Distribution in the amount of $143,104.59. The amount to be distributed
is in an account under the control of Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers. The distribution may be made
by the attorney for the estate without the appointment of a succeeding personal representative.
The undersigned would request the confirmation of the account, together with authorization or a
Court Order for the attorney for the estate to make the distribution necessary to carry into effect
the decree of distribution.
