Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for water assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority, a
municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of this property against which this claim is filed are Eva Chance
and Debra A. Sturtz with an address at the following:
1109 Trindle Road
Carlisle, PA 17013
A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for
installation of public water lines in the amount of $2,470.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment
Agreement between the parties and costs of filing are also claimed.

THIS DEED, made the /~ay of January, 1994;
BETWEEN Larry E. Carter and Janet A. Carter, husband and
wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, herein designated as the Grantors;
AND
Eva Chance and Debra A. Sturtz as joint tenants with the right
of survivorship, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
herein designated as the Grantees;
WITNESS, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of
Eighty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred and no/lO0 Dollars
($88,900.00) lawful money of the United States of America, to
the Grantors in hand well and truly paid by the Grantees, at or
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and the Grantors being therewith
fully satisfied, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, forever.
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements
thereon erected, situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a post on the Northern side of the Trindle
Springs Road and at the corner of land now or formerly of John
Leppard and wife; thence by the latter land, North 8 degrees 30
minutes East, 258.55 feet to a post on the Southern side of a 20
foot alley; thence by the latter, North 80 degrees 40 minutes
West, 115 feet, more or less, to a stake at land now or formerly
of James Albert Robinson and wife; thence by the latter land, in
a Southerly direction, 250.78 feet to a stake on the Northern
side of the Trindle Springs Road; thence by the latter, South 83
degrees 20 minutes East, 94 feet, more or less, to the post at
the place of Beginning. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the right of James
Albert Robinson and. Mabel Sarah Robinson, their heirs and
assigns to use the:Eastern 8.5 foot strip of the above described
land as a driveway, in common with the grantees, their heirs and
assigns, to reach the said 20 foot wide alley in the rear; Being
improved with a two and one-half story frame dwelling house,
frame chicken house and other outbuildings.
BEING all of Lot No. 39, the Eastern 31 feet of Lot No. 40 and
part of the Alley to the rear of said Lots, said alley having
been moved Northward 14.55 feet by James Albert Robinson and
Mabel Sarah Robinson, owners of the land on. both sides of said
alley; the aforementioned Lots being those as shown on the John
L. Glass Plan of Lots as recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan
Book No. 3, Page 73.

BEING the same property which Robert W. Chronister by deed dated
May 9, 1977 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "H", Volume 27, Page
49, granted and conveyed unto Larry E. Carter and Janet A.
Carter Grantors herein
BEING also subject to the restriction that nothing shall be
erected within 2§ feet of the Northern line of the Trindle
Springs Road.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements,
ways, woods, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties,
privileges, heredltaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; AND ALSO all
the estate, right, title, interest, use possession, property,
claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in
equity, of, in and to the premises herein described and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and
to hold all and singular the premises herein described
together with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the
Grantees and to Grantees proper use and benefit forever.
AND the Grantors covenant that they do and will specially
warrant the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances
hereby conveyed.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or
corporation, the use of any particular gender or the plural or
singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or
number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Whenever in this instrument any party shall be designated or
referred to by name or general reference, such designation is
intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words
"heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal
representatives, successors and assigns,, had been inserted after
each and'eVery such designation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantors have hereunto set their
