following attachments:
Date of death valuations;
Copy of the Last Will and Testament of Isabelle M. Walters; and
Check made payable to Register of Wills, Agent, in the amount of $44.49 for
additional Inheritance Tax due.
Also enclosed is one (I) original Inventory for the above-referenced Estate, and a check made
payable to Register of Wills in the amount of $30.00 for filing fees. Please advise if any additional fees
or expenses are due with regard to this matter.
One (1) additional photocopy of the front-page of the completed REV-1500 form and one (1)
additional photocopy of the front-page of the completed Inventory for the Estate have been provided.
