Vbereag, The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously
with Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. of 227 Granite Run Drive, Suite 100, Lancaster, PA 17601, hereinafter called the
Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as
3909 Trayer Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, Silver Brook, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which The Rutt Family Sonshine, LP is the title holder of record, as more particularly
described in Deed Book Page _;and
,hobo, January k? 2012, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to
purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Tbt5 stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended,

All that certain lot or tract of ground being Lot #69 on a Final Subdivision Plan for Silver Brook Phase 4, prepared by R. J.
Fisher and Associates, Inc., with a final revision date of April 22, 2008, situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
PA, more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Trayer Lane at the southern corner of Lot #68; thence along said
right-of-way line S39-27-21W 37.88 feet to a point; thence along the same by a curve to the right, said curve having a
radius of 275.00 feet and an arc distance of 126.99 feet to a point being the southeast corner of Lot #70; thence along Lot
#70 N10-30-59W 171.51 feet to a point at lands N/F of Alan J. Sweeney, Deed Book 279, Page 2483; thence along said
lands and along lands N/F of Mark X. Disanto, Existing Lot #80, Plan Book 91, Page 82, N51-43-15E 51.27 feet to a point
being the western corner of Lot #68; thence along Lot #68 S50-32-39E 149.24 feet to a point, being the place of
beginning.
