Please be advised that the Pennsylvania State Police is in receipt
of your Petition for Possession of Vehicle Pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. 7105,
in the above-referenced matter. The Pennsylvania State Police do not
intend to object in any way to the awarding of the 1999 Dodge Ram 2500
to State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, pursuant to your
request filed in the above-referenced matter. However, prior to releasing
the vehicle to your client, Tpr. Hurley will need to see the replacement VIN
plate.

of the Petition of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company pursuant to Title 75
Pa.C.S.A §7105, and the Motion to Make Rule Absolute, it is hereby Ordered and Directed that
the Pennsylvania State Police shall release the above-captioned 1999 Dodge Ram 2500,
originally bearing Vehicle Identification Number 1B7KF2360XJ617549, to the custody of State
Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company or its designated agent. It is FURTHER
ORDERED AND DECREED that State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company shall
promptly pay all reasonable towing and storage charges, if any, incurred in the repossession,
retrieval and storage of said vehicle.
