COMPLAINT IN EJECTMENT
Plaintiff is Federal National Mortgage Association, International Plaza 11, 14221 Dallas
Parkway, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75254-2916.
Defendants are Keith R. Ramsey and Occupants.
3. Attached hereto, marked as Exhibit A, is a true and correct copy of the Deed from the
Sheriff of Cumberland in the possession, custody or control of Plaintiff, which reflects
that Plaintiff is the owner of property located at 106 Hampden Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011.
Plaintiff contends that it is entitled to immediate possession of the Property.
Upon information and belief, the Defendants, Keith R. Ramsey and Occupants are
occupying the Property without right, and so far as the Plaintiff is informed, without
claim of title.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment for possession of the Property.

BEGINNING at the Southwest comer of Hampden Avenue and Courdand Strect on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence South 87 degrees 21 minutes West along the southern side of
Courtland Street 80 fee to a point at the division lines of lots numbered 159 and 160; thence South 1
degree 52 mutes East along said division line 86.51 feet to a point at the division line of Lots
numbered 158 and 159; thence South 79 degrees 38 minutes East along said division line a distance
of 83.31 feet to a point on the western side of Hampden Avenue; thence
North 2 degrees 39 minutes West along said Hampden Avenue, 105.26 feet to a point the place of
beginning.
