Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of this property against which this claim is filed is Robert H.
Barrett with an address at the following:
13 Greystone Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for
installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $3,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from January 24, 2001 and costs of
filing are also claimed.

THIS DEED,
MADE THE 3 11C -day of January in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred ninety-eight (1998).
BETWEEN SONDRA L. ALBAN, in her own right, of the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Floyd A. Alban,
her husband, and CAREL A. NICKEY, in her own right, of Steamboat
Springs, Colorado, and William J. Nickey, her husband, parties of
the first part', hereinafter called
Grantors,
and ROBERT H. BARRETT, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, party of the second part, hereinafter
called the
Grantee
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Thirty-five Thousand
($35,000.00) ---------------------------------- Dollars,
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantee, his
heirs and assigns.
ALL that certain tract of land situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point; thence in a Northerly direction 159.8 feet
to a point; thence in a Northerly direction 112.5 feet to a
point; thence in an Easterly direction 93.5 feet to a point;
thence in a Southeasterly direction 179.5 feet to a point; thence
in a Southwesterly direction 30.4 feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot 9 on the Plan of Lots known as Grestone Acres, said
Plan of Lots being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 3, Page 100.
BEING the same premises which Laurence W. Sheffer, widower, by
deed dated September 18, 1994 and recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 114,
Page 1180 granted and conveyed unto Sondra L. Alban and Carel A.
Nickey. Floyd A. Alban, husband of Sondra L. Alban, and
William J. Nickey, husband of Carel A. Nickey, joined in this
deed solely to evidence their consent to the within conveyance
and their execution and acknowledgement hereof shall not
constitute any warranty or representation of the above described
premises.
EXHIBIT
The said Grantors, Sondra L. Alban and Caret A. Nickey, hereby
covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the property
hereby conveyed.
