Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are William S.
Kauffman and Laura Lee Kauffman with an address at the following:
51 Greystone Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for
installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $5,000.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment
Agreement between the parties and costs of f'ding are also claimed.

THIS DEED,
MADE this 22nd day of July in the year Nineteen Hundred and
NinetY-Eight (1998).
BETWEBN Stanley El DOyle, Jr. and Connie L. Doyle, husband
and wife, 'of Spring Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Grantors, parties of the first part,
- AND -
WILLIAM S. KAUFFMAN AND LAURA LEE KAUFFMAN, husband and
wife, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Grantees, parties of the
second part.
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of One Hundred Ten c~ ·
Thousand DOllars ($110,000.00) and other good and valuable cD '~
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to
the said Grantees, their successors and assigns: cD
~LL THOSE three certain lots of ground situate in the ~D .~,
Township of North Middleton, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and cD
described as follows:
LOTS NOS. 24, 2§,.and 26 in the Plan of Lots known as
Greystone Acres, said Plan~Of Lots being recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of ~eeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Plan Book No. 3, Page 100. Eachl of Said lots having a frontage
on Greystone Road of 50 feet and extending in depth at an even
width a distance of 160 feet, more or less.
SUBJECT to the building and other restrictions as set forth
in said Plot Plan.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Stanley E. Doyle, Jr.,
Executor of the Estate of Stanley E. Doyle, Sr., Deceased, by
fiduciary deed dated June 25,. 1991 and recorded July 1, 1991 in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book E, Volume 35, Page 808, granted and
conveyed unto Stanley E. Doyle, Jr., one of the Grantors herein.
Connie L. Doyle, the other Grantor herein, joins in this Deed for
purposes of releasing any and all spousal claims she may have in
the Premises as a result of her marriage to Stanley E. Doyle, Jr.

EXHIBIT
HLSO BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Stanley E. Doyle, Jr.,
granted and conveyed equitable title unto William S. Kauffman and
Laura Lee Kauffman, grantees herein, by Agreement of Sale dated
March 21, 1991 and recorded July 1, 1991, in Miscellaneous Book
400, Page 456, as amended April 26, 1994 and recorded May 3, 1994
in Miscellaneous Book 472, Page 1018, which Agreement of Sale is
being released of record by separate instrument recorded on even
date herewith.
AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to any and all liens, mortgages,
easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
rights-of-way, zoning ordinances, building lines and any and all
other matters that are of record or visible on the premises. -
TOGETHER with all and singular the building improvements,
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging,
or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and
also all of the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim
and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said
Grantors, of, in, and to or out of the same.
TO HAVE ~ND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above
described together with the hereditaments and premises hereby
granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with all and
singular the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their succes-
sors and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of
said Grantees, their successors and assigns forever, UNDER AND
SUBJECT, as aforesaid.
AND the said Grantors,. for themselves and for their heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns, does by these
presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with the said
Grantees, their successors and assigns, that he, the said Grant-
ors, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and
signs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises
hereinabove described and granted, or mentioned and intended so
to be, with the appurtenances unto the said Grantees, their
successors and assigns, against the said Grantors and their
heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and
against all and every other person or persons, whosoever, lawful-
ly Claiming or to claim the'~same or any part thereof, by, from,
or under it, him, her, them or any of them, shall and will,
SPECIALLY WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND.
