Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cmnberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owners of the property against which this claim is filed are Edmund T.
Davinroy and Leann C. Davinroy with an address at the following:
38 Greystone Road
Carlisle, PA 17013

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A".

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for
installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $3,330.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment
Agreement between the parties and costs of f'ding are also claimed.

thousand nine hundred ninety-One (1991).
BETWEEN JOYCE D.'RICHARDSON, widow, of North Mlddleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to asl
Grantor,
and EDMUND T. DAVINROY and LEARN C. DAVINROY, husband and wife, of
Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
referred to as=
Grantees,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of ONE AND 00/100 ($1.00)
Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees,
their heirs and assigns=
ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots of ground situate in the
Township of North Mlddleton, County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania~ more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wits
warrant specially the property hereby conveyed.
LOTS NOS. 49 and 50 on the Plan of Lots known as
"GreystoneAcres"~ said ~anBeing recorded in the Office
of the RecOrder J~f Deeds In and for said County of
Cumberland in Plan Book 3, Page 1001 'each of the said
Lots having a distance in front on Greystone Road of
fifty (50) feet and extending in depth at an even width
a distance of one. hundred sixty (160) feet~ being
improved with a dwelling house.
THE SAID Lots are subject, however, to the building and
other restrictions particularly set forth upon the said
Plan.
BEING the same premises which Richard K. Griffin and
Dorothy B. Griffin, his wife, by their deed dated ~une
29, 1957 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book "X", .
Volume 17, Page 154, granted and conveyed unto W. T.
Richardson and Joyce D. Richardson, his wife. The said
w. T. Richardson having died August 18, 1983, title
vested entirely in Joyce D. Richardson, Grantor herein.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that she will
