Yosler and Beth A. Mihalek with an address at the following: 30 Greystone Road Carlisle, PA 17013 3 A description of the property against which this lien is tiled is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is tiled is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. ~7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $4,000.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment Agreement between the parties and costs of fIling are also claimed.
