The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Fannie Elizabeth Whistler with an address at the following: A description of the marked Exhibit "A". 835 E. Louther Street Carlisle, PA 17013 3 property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq. 5 This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment Agreement between the parties and costs of filing are also claimed.
