Carlisle Suburban Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Broujos & Gilroy, P.C., hereby files its
claim for sewer assessment against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is Carlisle Suburban Authority,
a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of
Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.
The name of the owner of the property against which this claim is filed is Fannie
Elizabeth Whistler with an address at the following:

property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and
Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101 et seq.

This lien is claimed for assessment issued against the above described property for
installation of public sewer lines in the amount of $2,500.00.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned amount from date of the Assessment
Agreement between the parties and costs of filing are also claimed.

East Louther Street, a 60 foot wide right-of-way, thence by other
lands of MaPlin James Whistler, et ux, and through the center line

~Louther Street, South 15 degrees West 2~0 feet to a stake on the

by deed dated April 2~th, 1975, and recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book "A",
Volume 26, page 53~. This conveyance is a non-taxable transfer
from husband and wife'to wife.
