MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire,
and files the following municipal claim against Douglas E. Waltz and Dawn L. Waltz, husband
and wife, owning property located at 318 Old Stone House Road S, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania 17007. Douglas E. Waltz and Dawn L. Waltz are the owners of all that certain lot
of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Village of Allen, also known as Churchtown, Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described pursuant to
a survey by Ernest J. Walker, Professional Engineer, dated June 5, 1984, as
follows:
BEGINNING at a nail on the western side of Old Stone House Road,
formerly known as Main Street, said point being sixty-six and 66/100 (66.66) feet
in a northerly direction along the western side of Old Stone House Road from the
northern side of West Street; thence by Lot No. 8 on the Plan of Lots hereinafter
mentioned, south seventy-four (74) degrees five (05) minutes west two hundred
fifteen (215) feet to an iron pin on the eastern side of Gravel Alley; thence by the
eastern side of said Alley north twenty (20) degrees west thirty-three and 33/100
(33.33) feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot No. 10 on said Plan of Lots, north
seventy-four (74) degrees five (05) minutes east two hundred fifteen (215) feet to
a nail on the western side of Old Stone House Road aforesaid; thence by the

western side of said Road, south twenty (20) degrees east thirty-three and 33/100
(33.33) feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Brian G. Winstanley and
Andrea L. Winstanley, husband and wife, by Deed dated September 4, 1997 and
recorded September 12, 1997 in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Book 164, Page 419, granted and conveyed unto
Douglas E. Waltz and Dawn L. Waltz, his wife.
TAX PARCEL NO. 22-28-2401-022.
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and
Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer
rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as
a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to
be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's
sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but
not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township
Ordinance No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township
Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from August 1, 2011 through December
31, 2011, which services total is in the amount of one thousand six hundred ten and 50/100
($1,610.50) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein
from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the
amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance
with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
