Plaintiff demands of Defendant the unpaid prinicipal balance due under the credit card agreement Acct. number ending in 5198. There is due and owing from defendant the sum of $1178.29, plus six percent (6%) statutory interest calculated in accordance with 41 P.S. Sec. 202 in the amount of $124.73, for a total of $1303.02. See attached statement and Verification (Exhibit "A"). In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C.A. 1692(g)(a) on March 28, 2011, Plaintiffs counsel sent a written notice to Defendant. To date, no response has been received.
