Whereas, LA WMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, of 149 Kerrs Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
LAWMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, of 149 Kerfs Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection ora residential dwelling house upon a lot of land situate in
Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 9 on the subdivision
plan prepared by Eric Diffenbangh, RPLS dated June 9, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 88, Page 79.
Legal Description: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Center Road, SR 4008, at comer of Lot No.
I0 on said plan; thence along centerline of Center Road, SR 4008, North 54 degrees 13 minutes 37
seconds East 173.55 feet to a point; thence along the western right of way line of Deerview Drive South 35
degrees 14 minutes 41 seconds East 24.93 feet to an iron pin set; thence along western right of way of
Deerview Drive by a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, an arc distance of 38.92 feet, on a
chord bearing of South 80 degrees 38 minutes 03 seconds East; thence along same South 36 degrees 01
minutes 23 seconds East 57.91 feet to a point; thence along same by a curve to the right, having a radius of
125.00 feet, an arc distance of 10.40 feet on a chord bearing of South 33 degrees 38 minutes 22 seconds
East to a point; thence still along western edge of Deerview Drive South 31 degrees 15 minutes 21 seconds
East 100.88 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the left, having a radius of 175.00 feet, an arc distance of
39.52 feet on a chord bearing of South 37 degrees 43 minutes 29 seconds East to a point; thence along
same South 44 degrees 11 minutes 38 seconds East 79. l 9 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. 14
South 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds East 205.16 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. 10 on
plan North 35 degrees 46 minutes 23 seconds West 366.48 feet to a point in centerline of Center Road, SR
4008, the Place of BEGINNING.
Now, September 7, 2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with it and the
further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
