AND NOW, this 15th day of February, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant
of Letters filed by Donald R. Liddick, the objection of Wayne Liddick filed in response to a
Citation issued by the Register of Wills on January 24, 2012, and the Renunciation of David
Liddick, filed on January 19, 2012, the following determinations have been rendered:
IT IS DECREED that the Register of Wills does not find Wayne Liddick to be the
appropriate administrator of this estate; therefore, Letters of Administration shall be granted to
Donald R. Liddick.
Donald R. Liddick shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
