receipt from Diane Gertz, Executrix, and personal representative of the Estate of the above-named
Decedent, ofthe foliowing assets:
The following personal items in full payment of the bequest provided in the Last Will and
Testament of Gertrude Mittelsdorf: 1 Filigree bracelet with simulated sapphires; 2) Gold
chain with bead stations: and 3) Lalique-st-stye pendant on chain
IN CONSIDERATION of said payment and transfer, the undersigned, and on behalf of my
heirs, successors and assigns, does hereby release, remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
personal representative, her heirs, successors and assigns, of and from all action, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands, liability, costs and expenses including reasonable
attorneys fees, of any nature, known or unknown, for or by reason thereof, or any other account,
matter, cause or thing whatsoever relating to the Estate of the said Decedent, its administration and
distribution of assets, without a court accounting and adjudication.
AND the undersigned does hereby release the said Diane Gertz, Executrix, from any further
responsibility to the undersigned with regard to the Estate of Gertrude Mittelsdorf.
AND the undersigned does hereby waive an accounting of the receipts, disbursements and
distributions of income and principal and does agree to contribute and pay in shares proportionate to
the distribution of assets received the sum of any additional amounts determined to be due and owing,
if any, by reason of any inheritance, income, estate or other federal, state or local tax or claim against
the estate.
