Gilroy, Esquire, 10 East High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this Lien if filed is Thomas S. Boyer who is now deceased. Pursuant to Letters of Administration granted in Cumberland County at Docket No. 21-12-0033, Patricia Fuhrman has been appointed as the Executor of the Estate of Thomas S. Section 5315. 5 This Lien is claimed for unpaid assessment for 5 months at a total of $60.00 each month for a total of $300.00 at the time of filing of this Lien. Additionally, this Lien is filed for any future unpaid assessments or fees owing to the West Walnut Court Homeowners Association. 6 Interest and filing fees is claimed on the above mentioned fees until paid in full.
