JUDGMENT NOTE
February 9, 2012

ON DEMAND, Geoffrey Yuda, Executor of the Estate of Sara D. Strong, deceased, promises to
pay to the order of Timothy C. Yuda of 2316 Long's Gap Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, the sum of
Five Hundred and Thirty-five Dollars and Ninety-three Cents ($535.93), payable on demand.
Interest shall accrue at the rate of seven (7%) percent per annum. The obligation can be paid in
full without penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal balance to Timothy C. Yuda.
And to secure the payment of said amount, I do hereby authorize, and empower,
irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to appear for me in such Court, in term time
or vacation, at any time hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holder
of this Note, for such amounts as may appear to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not,
together with costs, and to waive and release all errors which may intervene in such
proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such judgment, with five (5%) percent
attorney's fees charged; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney may do by
virtue hereof.
