AND NOW, this day of April, 2012, upon receipt of a letter sent by Ronald
M. Diak to the Cumberland County Prothonotary, which was dated March 22, 2012, filed
on March 27, 2012, and contained the subject line "Petition to request an Objections
Hearing for appraisal of property concerning No. 2012-1012," and it appearing that Mr.
Diak's Letter fails to conform to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and
Cumberland County Local Rules of Court, and the court being unable to ascertain the
form or extent of relief requested, the letter is STRICKEN WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
Mr. Diak may file a new Petition that is in conformity with the Pennsylvania Rules
of Civil Procedure and the local rules of court, and in compliance with any and all
applicable time restrictions.
It appearing to the court that Mr. Diak is acting pro se, he may wish to seek the

SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
02/29/2012 09:50 PM -Deputy Robert Bitner, being duly sworn according to law, served the requested Writ of
Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Kayce Campbell,
who accepted as "Adult Person in Charge" for the within named Defendant, to wit: Richard E Gregory, Jr
at 25 Fai~eld Street, Carlisle Borough, Carlisle, PA 17013, informed person of contents of same and
levied upon personal property as directed. Copy of levy mailed to plaintiff and letter mailed to defendant
on 03-01-12.
03!07/2012 On March 7, 2012, a property claim was filed by Kayce Campbell. All parties notified by mail this date.
03/07/2012 04:31 PM -William Cline, Deputy Sheriff ,being duly sworn according to law, states that on March 7,
2012 at 1631 hours, served the requested Writ of Execution and Claim for Exemption Form by
"personally" handing a true and attested copy to a person representing themselves to be the Defendant,
to wit: Richard E. Gregory, Jr., at his place of employment, Brenner Nissan, 6271 Carlisle Pike,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, and informed Defendant of contents of same. Gregory advised he did live
with Kayce Campbell (who filed a property claim this same date). Gregory advised Deputy Cline that he
had no vehicle upon which we could levy.
03/16/2012 Reference is made to Property Claim dated March 7, 2012, entered by Kayce Campbell, Writ of
Execution No. 2012-1012, Ronald M. Diak vs Richard E. Gregory, Jr.
