PETITION FOR CITATION TO COMPEL APPLICATION FOR LETTERS
PURSUANT TO 20 PA. CONS. STAT. ANN. § 3155
TO THE REGISTER OF WILLS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA:
The Petition of Vicki L. Womer, by her attorneys Smigel, Anderson & Sacks,
LLP, respectfully represents:
1. Petitioner is Vicki L. Womer, a daughter of decedent, who is an adult
individual residing at 27032 Gum Tree Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County,
Delaware 19939.
2. Margaret D. Ream ("Decedent") died testate on October 2010, in a
temporary location at Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehab Center,
Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware, but at all times relevant hereto
maintained her legal residence at 128 Cambridge Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Decedent was survived by her widower, Norman A. Ream; her son Rikki
A. Rockett (formerly known as Richard A. Ream prior to legally changing
his name); and her daughter, Vicki L. Womer, the Petitioner.

4. The present or last known address of Norman A. Ream is c/o Atlantic
Shores Nursing and Rehab Center, 231 South Washington Street,
Millsboro, Delaware 19966.
5. The present or last known address of Rikki A. Rockett is 20750 Ventura
Boulevard, Suite 342, Woodland Hills, California 91364.
6. At the time of her death, Decedent was the owner of an undivided one-half
interest as tenant in common of residential real estate at 128 Cambridge
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, having
a gross value of $63,500.00 and an estimated net value after payment of
liens and closing costs of $16,000.00; and personal property that does not
exceed $5,000.00 in value.
7. In her will dated February 8, 1984, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A," Decedent gave, devised and bequeathed the remainder of her
estate to her husband Norman A. Ream, provided that he survived her by
30 days, which he has done.
8. Decedent in Article V of her said Will nominated her husband, Norman A.
Ream, as Executor of her estate; and as substitute Executor nominated
CCNB Bank, N.A., of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. CCNB Bank, N.A.,
merged into and transferred its fiduciary operations to PNC Bank. N.A.
9. PNC Bank, N.A., after reviewing the size of Decedent's estate and other
factors, has executed a Renunciation dated January 25, 2012, relinquishing
its right to serve as Executor as Decedent's Estate.

10. Decedent's widower, Norman A. keam, has not taken out Letters
Testamentary on the Decedent's Estate, and Rikki A. Rockett, Decedent's
son, has not sought appointment as Administrator C.T.A.
11. In order to have the Estate of Margaret D. Ream administered and
distributed, and so that any taxes due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
can be paid, it is necessary that a personal representative be appointed for
said Estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that a citation be awarded pursuant to 20 Pa.
Cons. Stat. Ann. § 3155 directed to Norman A. Ream and Rikki A. Rockett, to show
cause why they or either of them should not apply for and take out Letters Testamentary
or Letters of Administration, C.T.A., on the Estate of Margaret Day Ream, Deceased; or
failing this to show cause why such letters should not be granted to Vick' L. Womer.
