The Petition of Cathy L. Hart, Administratrix of the foregoing Estate, by and
through her counsel, Smigel, Anderson & Sacks, LLP, respectfully states that:
1. Diana Kay Marcum died on December 30, 2009, a resident of 315 Walnut
Lane, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Petitioner, Cathy L. Hart, whose address is 301 Luther Road, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, is the sister of the decedent and Administratrix of the Estate. Petitioner
was not a part of decedent's household at the date of death.
3. Decedent tied intestate. Letters of Administration were granted to
Petitioner on January 29, 2010. Renunciations were executed by Barry Lee Hart, brother
of the decedent, and Debbie M. Thompson, sister of the decedent, in favor of Petitioner.
No bond was required from Petitioner. The first complete advertisement of the grant of
letters was March 19, 2010.
4. The following is a list of those individuals entitled to share in decedent's
