Defendant VICTOR K CLARK, is an adult individual with last known address of 6 COLLEGE HILL RD, ENOLA PA 17025. It is averred that Defendant was indebted to HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. / GM on January 12, 1996 with account number ************3696 (hereafter referred to as "Account"). A copy of the account history is attached here to and collectively marked as Exhibit "A." 4. By using the Account, Defendant agreed to repay any incurred balances and/or charges made to the Account pursuant to the terms and conditions governing said Account.
