Turnbaugh, deceased, certify that the requirements of Local Rules 6.3-1 for notice of the filing of a first and final account for said estate have been met. An original notice was sent by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, on February 2, 2012. Letters correcting the date of audit and date upon which to file objections was sent by overnight mail on February 23, 2012. Copies of the latter are attached hereto. Ann E. I previously sent to you a copy of the First and Final Account and Petition and Proposed Schedule of Distribution. You will note that your claim will be paid in full. If you wish to object to the Account, you must file a written objection no later than 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Otherwise, any objections will be deemed to have been waived.
