AND NOW, this 24th day of February, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters filed by Michael S. Donovan on January 9, 2012, as well as the renunciation of
Victoria Lesley Wolfe-Turner filed on February 24, 2012, I'I' IS HEREBY DECREED that the
surety bond set for Michael S. Donovan in the amount of $13,000.00 is waived.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration are hereby issued to
Michael S. Donovan. Michael S. Donovan shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
