KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, MI@HAEL
EUGENE KYLE, by his parent and natural guardian, TERRI L. WEBB, does hereby acknowledge
receipt from MARGARET L. WEBB, Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of the above-
named decedent, of the following:
Cash in the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
in absolute payment of and in full satisfaction of all interests under decedent's Last Will and Testament,
including the pecuniary bequest set forth in ITEM 2(a) of the decedent's Last Will and Testament.
IN CONSIDERATION of said receipt, the undersigned does hereby release, remise, quit

claim and forever discharge the Executrix of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or any other account, matter,
cause or thing whatsoever relating to the distribution to the undersigned under the provisions of the
decedent's Will.

It is the intention of the undersigned to be legally bound by this instrument.
