GREETINGS:
AND NOW this 27th day of February, 2012, the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County issues this citation upon you to show cause why you should not
apply for and take out Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration c.t.a or to
show cause why such Letters of Administration c.t.a should not be issued to Vicki L.
Womer with the assets of the estate held in an escrow account by Smigel, Anderson
& Sacks, LLP, as per the attached Affidavit executed by Roger M. Morgenthal,
Esquire.
Your response, if any, should be filed in her office within 10 days from the date of
this citation.

Before me, the undersigned notary public, this day personally appeared Roger M~ ~'
Morgenthal, Esquire, to me known, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes the
following:
That he is the attorney for the Estate of Margaret D. Ream, Deceased, late of
Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who died October 26, 2010;
That he certifies that all funds received on behalf of the estate from the sale of 128
Cambridge Drive, Mechanicsburg Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, or from any other
sources, will be held by him in the escrow account of Smigel, Anderson & Sacks, LLP,
until such time as any inheritance tax due has been paid to the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and a Notice of Appraisement issued by the Department of Revenue
acknowledging the same;
That no distribution will be made from said funds until such time, other than for
payment of lawful Costs of Administration as defined by the Pennsylvania Probate,
Estates and Fiduciary Act, as the approval of the Final Account;
That this affidavit is given in lieu of bond being required for the appointment of
Vicki L. Womer, a resident of the State of De e, as Administrator C.T.A. of said
estate.
