STIPULATION WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE LIEN
WHEREAS, Bulldog Construction Co., Inc. (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR"), having an
office at 1120 Valley Road, Coatesville, PA 19320, has entered into a contract dated
February 6, 2012 with Pennsylvania-American Water Company (hereinafter "OWNER"), having an
office at 800 West Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033, to provide materials and equipment and
to perform labor necessary for the construction of the Project entitled "Lowther Street Water Main
Replacement" situated in Lemoyne Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and located
along Lowther Street, Lemoyne, PA.
NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as
part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
CONTRACTOR, any subcontractor or material-man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said CONTRACTOR under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials and equipment furnished to the said Project or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland Cow r onotary

within ten days after the date hereof, in accordance with the requirements of Act sely.
