Walter; III, t 1 7 i•7 ~'`' and requests Letters of Administration C.T.A. be granted for the following reasons: 1. Daniel V. Scambia (hereinafter "Decedent"), died on January 18, 2012. 2. Decedent died testate, however, the executor named in Decedent's will, died December 7, 2007. Petitioner knows of no codicils to this document. A copy of the Executor's death certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" 3. Decedent was never married, never had children and all parents and siblings predeceased Decedent. 4. Prior to death, Petitioner handled, among other things, Decedent's financial affairs as power of attorney. 5. On January 30, 2012, Letters of Administration pendent lite, were granted to Petitioner for the limited purpose of arranging Decedent's funeral service and burial; no other powers, including the payments of those arrangements, were granted. 6. Petitioner is not a named beneficiary in the Estate. 7. Petitioner is the only person knowing the location of the Estate's assets. 8. As referenced in the will, Decedent bequeathed all his worldly possessions to fifteen (15) individuals, per capita. 9. Of those individuals, the following four (4) individuals pre-deceased Decedent: a. James Albertine, Jr. died October 8, 2007; b. Bernard Stanziola died September 15, 2008; c. Thomas Stanziola died September 9, 2011; and d. Franklin Stish died June 13, 2001. Evidence of the death of each is attached hereto as Exhibits "B" through "E" respectively. 10. With the help of a private investigator, the Estate has located the whereabouts of ten (10) of the remaining eleven (11) heirs, however, a current address for Joann Scambia is still unknown. 11. Petitioner seeks a Citation issued to the remaining ten (10) heirs (collectively hereinafter "Respondents"), to show cause, if any they have, why Petitioner should not be granted letters of administration, C.T.A. Those heirs are as follows: a. Mr. Donald Stish; b. Mr. Robert Stish; c. Mr. Richard Stish; d. Mr. Jackie Stish; e. Ms. Nancy Scambia Toole; f. Ms. Angela Moore f!k/a Angela LaMonica; g. Ms. Vera Johnson; h. Mr. Thurston Henry; i. Ms. Mary Beiler f/k/a Mary Shultz Kemper; and j. Ms. Mary Jane Stanziola Herr WHEREFORE, Petitioner Nicole L.
