AND NOW, this 28th day of February, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for
Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Noel J. Egan on February 23, 2012, as well as the
renunciation of Constance Egan filed on February 23, 2012, IT IS HEREBY DECREED
that the decree setting surety bond for Constance Egan in the amount of $746.00 is
vacated.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration are hereby
issued to Noel J. Egan. Noel J. Egan shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under
the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to
law.
