W-Ondift rats 08L E March 21, 2012 Re: Response to "Notice of Appeal from District Justice Judgment" Common Pleas No. 12-1331 Civil Term Docket No. NV-09131-CV-0000562-2-11 Appellant: Timothy Hogg PO Box 624 New Cumberland, PA 17070 Appellee: Cheryl K Koozer 702 Hilltop Drive New Cumberland, PA 17070 To whom it may concern; THE PROTHONaTAR 2012 MAP 21 PM 4: 22 CUMBERLAND COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA This letter is a formal complaint regarding the 'Praecipe to enter rule file complaint and rule to file' by Appellant; Timothy Hogg for case # 12-1331 Civil Term vs Appellee; Cheryl K Koozer. Mr. Hogg failed to refund my security deposit in the 30 day timeframe as required by law. The security deposit was refunded at 52 days minus an amount for damages. Forwarding address was provided to Mr. Hogg on the day of the lease termination, August 30, 2011. Emails containing my forwarding address were sent and received by Mr. Hogg and his assistant, Georgette. However, Mr. Hogg failed to send the refund or a list of damages to my new address. Mr. Hogg claims that he mailed the refund to my old address on 9/30/2011 despite his knowledge that I had vacated the property on 8/30/2011. Sincerely, Cheryl K. K ozer
