I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, incuding my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. II. I bequeath all of my silver, including, but not limited to, twelve (12) place settings, sterling tea service and tray to my daughter, MARY L. MOLNAR. III. I bequeath my Wedgewood China to my son, ROBERT K. FULTON. IV. I bequeath my diamond dinner ring to my granddaughter, KERRY B. FULTON. V. FULTON and MARY L. MOLNAR, to be divided between them by the Executor with due regard for their personal preferences, in as nearly equal shares as practical. VII. I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to my children, ROBERT L. FULTON and MARY L. MOLNAR. VIII. Should any issue entitled to a share of my estate not attained the age of twenty-five (25) at the time of distribution to him or her, I devise and bequeath his or her share to DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, IN SEPARATE TRUST, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the shares so received and accumulation of income thereon, to use and apply the income and principal, or so much thereof, at Trustee's discretion, as may be necessary or appropriate for such issue's support and education (including trade school and college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parent's ability to provide for such support or education, or to make payments for these purposes, without further responsibility, to such issue or such issue's parent or to any person taking care of such issue. Any principal or income not so applied shall be distributed to such issue absolutely when he or she attains the age of twenty-five (25) years. If he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-five (25) years, the Trust shall terminate and such share shall be distributed to his or her personal representative. IX.
