WHEREAS, Matthew C. Sober and Rebecca L. Sober, his wife, of 5205 Fossilridge
Court, Manhattan, Kansas, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
Landmark Building, Inc., of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a frame dwelling
house upon a lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
NOW, this 1- ? day of February, 2012, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Matthew C. Sober and Rebecca L. Sober, his wife, to the said Landmark Building, Inc. to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said contract with Matthew C. Sober and Rebecca L. Sober, his wife, and
the further consideration of One Dollar, to Landmark Building, Inc., paid by Matthew C.
Sober and Rebecca L. Sober, his wife, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
