RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
AND NOW, this day of March, 2012, upon consideration of the Petition for
Distribution of Insolvent Estate Under Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. §3392, filed by the Executrix
of the Estate of Samuel R. Calabretta, Sharon L. Rapak, a Rule is issued upon all
interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted.

UNDER 20 PA. CONS. STAT. ANN. 53392
A HEARING on the Petition is scheduled for Monday, March 26, 2012, at 1:30
p.m. in Courtroom Number 6, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
PETITIONER shall effectuate service of this Rule upon all interested parties,
namely those known to the Executrix to have an interest in or claim against the Estate
of Samuel R. Calabretta, at least 14 days prior to the date of the Hearing. Petitioner
shall file proof of such service prior to the commencement of the Hearing.
RULE RETURNABLE at the March 26, 2012 Hearing.
