consideration of the within Petition and the Motion of Wayne F. Shade, Esquire, attorney
for Ann P. Barzda, the plenary guardian of the person and estate of Mary A. Barzda, the
Court fmds that the proposed sale of the premises at 429 Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania for a consideration of $62,500 is more than could be obtained for the
property at public sale.
Therefore, the sale is hereby approved, and the Guardian is excused from posting
security.
