consideration of the Motion of Steven C. Daly, Trustee of the Joshua Criswell Trust and
Executor of the Estate of Edward N. Naylor, Deceased, motion, it is hereby ORDERED
that the rule which was issued on the interested parties in the above-captioned matter
on February 2, 2012, to show cause why Juniata Valley Bank should not be appointed
as Successor Trustee, is made absolute; that the Juniata Valley Bank is hereby
appointed as the Successor Trustee of the Joshua Criswell Trust; that the said Steven
C. Daly, Trustee of the Joshua Criswell Trust, is hereby discharged from his office as
Trustee of the Joshua Criswell Trust; that the said Steven C. Daly is released from
future liability and shall immediately transfer and delivery the assets of the Joshua
Criswell Trust unto Juniata Valley Bank.
