This Affidavit is hereby filed on behalf of BONITA S. HEISEY, Co-Administrator and
beneficiary of the Estate of Jeffrey O. -Sees, by and through her attorneys, Irwin & McKnight,
P.C.:
1. A Petition for Grant of Letters was filed on February 1, 2012, on behalf of Bonita
S. Heisey.
2. A Citation to Show Cause why the document dated July 8, 2002 should not be
admitted to Probate as the Last Will and Testament of Jeffrey O. Sees, why the Letters of
Administration granted to Bonita S. Heisey and Stephen P. Brudowsky should not be revoked,
and why Letters Testmentary should not be granted to Bonita Kreider, now by marriage Bonita
S. Heisey, was issued by the Court on February 6, 2012.
3. Also on or about February 1, 2012, a copy of the filed Petition was mailed by the
undersigned to Scott W. Morrison, Esquire.
4. Copies of the Citation were mailed by the Court to Scott W. Morrison, Esquire,
Steven P. Brudowsky, Patti Buxton, and Kimberly Schardt.
5. On or about February 28, 2012, Attorney Morrison sent correspondence to the

Court withdrawing his appearance in the matter.
6. No further response in this matter has been filed by the notified parties.
7. More than twenty (20) days have elapsed since the mailing of the Citation to the
interested parties.
8. The undersigned has also not received any further contact or correspondence from
the notified parties,
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that Letters Testamentary be granted to
Bonita Kreider, now by marriage Bonita S. Heisey, and that she shall have all the rights and
duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of
this estate according to law.
