County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the southerly right-of-way line of Lookout Drive,
said point being a front property comer of Lot 58; thence along Lot 58, South 16 degrees 49
minutes 20 seconds East (S 16° 49' 20" E) a distance of 220.59 feet to a point on the northerly
right-of-way line of Smith Drive; thence along said northerly fight-of-way, North 73 degrees 10
minutes 40 seconds East (N 73° 10' 40" E) a distance of 149.66 feet to a point; thence along Lot
60, North 16 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds West (N 16° 49' 20" W) a distance of 228.02 feet to
a point on said southerly right-of-way; thence along said right-of-way, South 67 degrees 04
minutes 39 seconds West (S 67° 04' 39" W) a distance of 33.90 feet to a point; thence along the
same, by a curve to the right having a radius of 790.00 feet an arc distance of 116.12 feet being
subtended by a chord of South 71 degrees 17 minutes 18 seconds West (S 71° 17' 18" W) a
distance of 116.0l feet to a point, said point being the point of BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 33,260.25 square feet or 0.763 acres of land.
