BEGINNING at a point on line of a 50 foot private right-of-way at comer of LOt No.
11 as shown on the above plan; thence by Lot No. 11 and Lot No. 10, North 32
degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East 310.00 feet to a point in line of LOt No. 12;
thence by Lot No. 12, South 57 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East 274.55 feet to
a point in line of Lot No. 14; thence by Lot No. 14, South 32 degrees 47 minutes 50
seconds West 310.00 feet to a point in line of said private right of way; thence by the
private right-of-way, North 57 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds West 274.55 feet to
a point on the private right-of-way, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.9539 gross acres and being designated Lot No. 13 as shown on the
above described Subdivision Plan.
BEING a portion of the same premises which James E. Jackson, Sr. and Grace S.
Jackson, husband and wiib, by their Deed dated April 3, 1969, and recorded in
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Deed Book "D", Volume 23, Page 836, granted
and conveyed unto Robert A. Suloman and Nancy L. Suloman, Grantors herein.
