Inheritance Tax Return. Also enclosed are an original and one (1) copy of an Inventory. Check
No. 108 is enclosed in the amount of $593.20 as payment of the tax due. Check No. 2649 in the
amount of $30.00 is enclosed as payment for the filing fee for the Inheritance Tax Retum and
Inventory.
Please time-stamp the extra copy of the first page of the Inheritance Tax Return and the
copy of the Inventory and return them to me, along with a receipt for the payment of the filing fees.
