Dear Mr. Shields:
It has come to my attention that your clients have not filed the several guardian
reports required by 20 Pa.C.S.A. §5521(c) in the above-captioned guardianship. There
are several of these which are considerably over due.
Please mail those reports along with a check for the filing fee which is $15 per
report made payable to the Clerk of Orphans' Court to the following address within (30)
