NO-LIEN CONTRACT
WHEREAS H & F BUILDERS, hereinafter called "Contractor", has entered
into a contract dated the Ph day of M,Wok, , 2Q_1_2, with STEVEN E. PAULUS
AND DARIAH L. PAULUS, Owner, of CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
called "Owner", whereby Contractor has agreed to construct a building or other site
improvements on Owner's lot situate in the Township of Monroe, CUMBERLAND County,
Pennsylvania, and Owner has agreed to have Contractor construct certain improvements
on said site.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties as part
of said building contract and for the considerations therein set forth that neither the
Contractor nor any subcontractor, materialman, laborer nor any other person furnishing
labor or materials to said Contractor under said contract shall file a lien, commonly called
a "mechanic's lien", for work done and materials fumished to Owner's property situate in
the Township of Monroe, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more specifically
described in Exhibit "A".
THIS STIPULATION is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary
of CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Acts of Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and pertains to the property above described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands
